Love you!!

My google reader list just keeps expanding and there’s a few new fun blogs I thought I’d share. Everyone already knows Rob started a political blog – My Aim is Truth - so I don’t need to mention that one. Skip’s blog – Deep in the Weeds- about life in a kitchen has been over on my right nav bar for sometime but if you haven’t checked it out yet, you certainly should. He’s entertaining but not for the easily offended.

New to the reader list is:

  • Northern Happenings – a blog by my little brother about his life up in the great state of Alaska
  • Tap Dancing in the Dark – a humorous blog about life by Lily, my oldest friend
  • Floating Apples – design ideas when normal just won’t do; it’s my new blog and currently a little light on posts but it’ll beef up soon

Now back to your regularly scheduled stalking.

(And you know who you are.)

Things have been busy here in my world. Fall is recruitment/travel season at work, classes start up, and a brand new school year starts. That means new SA’s to train, work schedules to create, update, change, totally scrap and start over, implement, threaten certain death if it needs to be changed, then change it anyway. Scheduling is the absolute worst.

I am taking 2 classes this fall; both management but taught very differently by different professors. One is on Mondays, the other is on Thursdays. Only having class twice a week is a welcome change from the 4 day a week summer schedule.

On the personal side, we’ve got 2 weddings coming up!! Kristie & Dan are making it official on October 4th. Three short weeks after that, Erin & Skip tie the knot. It’s been so fun to celebrate with them at showers and bachelorette parties!! For Kristie’s bachelorette party, we spent a very fun weekend down in Avalon and that’s all I’m going to say on the matter. ;) Erin’s is still coming up but I’m planning it and can guarantee it’ll be a good time. :D

I took this in Burlington while out shopping with Mom, Karen & Mrs. M.  I’m currently smitten with the texture and dimension of it. Taken with a Nikon D80, edited in Picnik.

More photos from that day to come.

Found this quiz on my friend’s blog and thought I’d give it a shot. Turns out public schools did their job.
