For all of our out-of-town guests, we’ve blocked off some rooms at the Wyndham Hotel on Rt. 73 in Mt. Laurel. Since we will be hosting a multiple events, rooms have been blocked from Fri., December 28th, Sat. December 29th, & Sun. December 30th. Check-in time is 3:00pm; check-out is 12:00 noon.
Rooms are offered at the discounted group rate of:
Single $109.00/night
Double $109.00/night
Triple $119.00/night
Quad $129.00/night
The room cost includes a full buffet breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant. All guest room rates are subject to the current tax rate of 15%, plus any additional taxes or fees that may be owed at the time the rooms are occupied. If you would like to come into town earlier or stay later, these rates will be available 3 days before and after our reservation block (subject to availability).
How to Reserve
Individual Guests should call in to the hotel at 1-800-941-9903 or (856) 234-7000 to make their reservations at the discounted rate. Please ask for the L…/A… Wedding rate. Reservations must be made using a major credit card, on or before November 28, 2007 . After the 28th, all unreserved rooms are released. Reservations made after this date are subject to availability and will be made at the prevailing, non-discounted rates.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All guaranteed reservations will be subject to a cancellation policy of 72 hours prior to arrival. Should a guest cancel their entire stay (within 72 hours), they will be charged for one-night’s room and tax at the discounted rates quoted.
